Do as many lessons for each day of the week that you can. They'll change each month. You can break them down like do lessons 1-5 on the 1st monday of the month, thn 6-10 on the second monday etc... I just go through all 21 lessons for the day, then come back each week and do them again until next month when all the lesson change to another key. Some people do all the lessons (mon-sun) everyday for the month. And some people don't worry about what day it is and just do the lessons when ever the get a chance. The lessons are built in a way so that it doesn't matter if you skip days etc, because they repeat often but in a way the makes it so the player, over time sees how they all fit together.
