This is an interesting situation. You think it was made in the 60's. The serial number of that guitar (963421) is usually (not always) represents the 34th. week (August) of 1996, but the model number (6812) represents a 1977 Folk folk guitar with a bolt on neck and a Martin head. That guitar may be a custom or just a guitar body on a different neck. In either case, Aria guitars are generally inexpensive (unless they are custom, like yours may be). I'd guess that a brand new guitar like this would cost about $300. So now if it's in good shape it is worth about $200. If it is a custom original it will probably go up in value over the years. If it is a home made cross breed, it would be worth less. If you want to buy and sell guitars I'd recommend investing in the
