Depends how many threts a guitar has to add more notes.. 15 fretted guitar has 168 notes into 7 majors with relative minors. 7th 9th over to jazz higher.. electric guitars have more notes more frets..i still prefer a cyprus made guitar very light with light gauge strings 15 fretter..light to carry around..looking at the construction of a piano got a harp inside the wooden frame..guitar got a nicer sound to a piano..stronger hands and all technique and styles mastered is needed with guitar as piano..i play guitar guitar is still young.. guitar would be harder to play than piano cause its harder on the hands and some movements are got to be played very fast with technique and fast rasquados tremolo and constructed with lots of meat on the chord hand in what majors some pain is felt.
